Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales of downloadable products are final. Once a purchase is completed and the product is delivered or made available for download, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns, unless the product is defective or significantly different from its description.

For custom services such as website design, development, or modification, we follow a staged work and payment process. Refunds for these services are handled as follows:

  • Before work begins: A full refund may be issued if no work has been started.

  • After project initiation: Partial refunds may be considered based on the amount of work completed and resources spent.

  • After project delivery: No refunds will be issued once the final version of the product has been approved and delivered.

We accept payments in Euros (EUR), US Dollars (USD), and British Pounds (GBP). All charges and refunds, if applicable, will be processed in the original payment currency. Exchange rate differences or transaction fees imposed by your bank or payment provider are not refundable.
