1. Introduction

This License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “Licensee”) and WebLebedPort Limited (the “Licensor”) regarding the use of digital products (templates, plugins, logos, or other assets) purchased or downloaded from weblebedport.tech.

By purchasing, downloading, or using any product, you agree to be bound by the terms of this License.

2. Grant of License

Upon purchase, WebLebedPort Limited grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the product:

  • For personal or commercial projects

  • On one (1) website or client project, unless otherwise stated

  • In modified or unmodified form, as part of a final product or website

You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the product “as-is”

  • Use the product in any illegal, fraudulent, or unethical activity

  • Claim ownership or authorship of the original design or code

Additional licenses (for multiple projects or extended commercial use) may be available upon request.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All digital products remain the intellectual property of WebLebedPort Limited. The Licensee is granted limited rights to use the product as described in this Agreement. No ownership is transferred.

You may modify the product to suit your project’s needs, but modified versions are also subject to this License.

4. Warranty and Liability

Digital products are provided “as-is”, without any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that our products will function uninterrupted, error-free, or with all third-party software and platforms.

Under no circumstances shall WebLebedPort Limited be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

5. Termination

This License is valid until terminated. It will terminate automatically if the Licensee breaches any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the product and destroy all copies.

6. Refunds

Please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy for information about refunds. As a rule, digital products are non-refundable unless proven defective.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
